The Challenge

A nationally prominent debt consolidation business in the Chicagoland area had recently parted ways with their in-house IT support individual leaving several projects and responsibilities up in the air. An opportunity presented itself to take over the IT management role for their organization and fulfill the responsibility to complete the projects on the table.

The opportunity would present several challenges along the way to understand workflow and establish a solid, responsive, support initiative for their technology-heavy daily operations.

What we did
